I found my passion for coaching after 20 years as a recruiter in the digital advertising industry. The skills I developed working with creative and user experience professionals formed the foundation for my coaching practice. I learned how to listen closely and ask questions that made the other person feel supported, comfortable, and free to express themselves honestly.

I loved helping people find their place in the world. In 2008, I made the decision to transition to Personal Coaching. I graduated from Coach U and continue to pursue learning to hone my practice. Since then, I've coached hundreds of people at various stages of their lives and careers. Together, we've worked through challenges to find balance, purpose, and meaning, and most importantly, get unstuck.

I can tell you with certainty that there are universal feelings we experience during times of transition, no matter how varied the circumstances may be. Life rarely follows a straight path, and these detours test even the most confident and self-assured among us.
